One of our tallest Sasas, with leaves that are 2 to 4 inches wide and up to 14 inches long. This large-leafed bamboo is ideal to have next to a pond or other place where leaf drop of multitudes of small leaves can be a problem. The second photo shows the strange coloration on the lower part of the canes - this is where the name "nebulosa" came from.
