does not show any sign of "Buddha's Belly" nodes common for this species. In
five gallon size, they stand about 5 feet tall with several canes and can
exceed 30 feet within 5 years when grown in the ground. Even though lacking

ventricosa unique character, this bamboo will ultimately make an
effective CLUMPING (non-invasive) privacy screen, for climates that seldom
